The University of Delhi, Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) is primed to notify the Admission Notification for Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Programme / Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Gen/Hons Courses for the Academic Year 2017-18 to the Female Applicants residing in NCT Delhi (As notified in Prospectus). as stated in the subsequent Paragraphs and Table. Submission of the BA, B.Com Admissions Online Application Forms for Admission into Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) & Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Courses are in progress.

The University of Delhi will notify the Cut-Off Marks / Minimum Qualifying Marks for Admission into the Programmes offered in June 2017 (Tentative). Admissions Cut off List to NCWEB Admissions 2017  shall be rendered through the website of the NCWEB Admission portal. The Percentage for Cut-off will be decided on the basis of the Marks obtained in Four Subjects of the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination / Intermediate (10+2) Examinations 2017 (See reference from Prospectus).

Admission Criteria:

The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) within its purview may accommodate only 20% of the Applicants and the admission into Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce shall be done on the basis of Merit List duly drawn up followed by declaration of Minimum Three Cut-Offs.

Commencement of the Academic Sessional Classes Begin: For all Students of B.A. (Program) and B.Com Part I / II / III July 2017 (Tentative)
Last Date for Refund of Fee: Admission, Tuition and Other Fee. As Per University Notification
For Regular Students: Last Date for Receipt of Examination Forms at the office of the Board (NCWEB) for B.A. (Program) and B.Com Part I / II / III from the respective Teaching Center. As per University Notification. 
For Ex-Students: Dates for Submission of Examination Forms at the Office of the Board (NCWEB) for B.A. (Program) and B.Com Part – III for Annual / Supplementary Examination.  As per University schedule announced from time to time. 
Last Date of Applications duly forwarded by the Teacher-In-Charge / Teaching Centers for Change of Subject, Course and Medium in B.A. (Program) and B.Com Courses. October 2017

Eligibility Conditions for admission in B.A. (Prog.) / B.Com. 1st Year:

  • Minimum Percentage of the Marks required for applying for Admission into B.A. (Prog.) / B.Com. (1st Year) Course is 40% in Aggregate secured in anyone of the following Examinations:
  • For B.Com Admissions, Preference shall be given to the Students of Commerce Stream at Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination / Intermediate (10+2) Level, which means that they should have Business Studies and Accountancy (BSA) as the Subjects at their respective 10+2 Level. The other Stream Students would be considered for Admission in B.Com Course with drop of 5% Marks.
  • The Percentage for Cut-off will be decided on the basis of the Marks obtained in Four Subjects of the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination / Intermediate (10+2) Examinations 2017, as follows:
  • The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board shall notify the Expected Cut-off points for admission will both at the Study Centers and the Office of the Board as per Schedule. The Candidates will have to get their Original Certificates Verified on the Scheduled Dates. They also have to submit their Fee, in cash, in any Branch of State Bank of India in A/c No. 10851299392 in the name of the Registrar, University of Delhi on or before the Last Date given on the Challan issued by the Board’s Office along with the Admission Form, Enrolment Form and Examination Form. The Validity Date on the Challan can be entered by the Board only. The Fee paid after the expiry of Validity Date without getting it extended will not be accepted.  The Students are advised to keep the Candidate’s Copy of the Challan Fee, Receipt for submission of Examination Form etc., and for further reference, if any. After payment of the Fee, the Students shall have to submit the duly Filled-in Admission Form, Enrolment Form, Examination Form and Fee Receipt etc., in the Teaching Center allotted to the Students as per the Dates cited in the Schedule on Page 1 All Documents in original are required at the time of Admission with the Applicant and a Copy will be taken and be retained for Office Record..

The following Certificates are required to be submitted by the Applicant along with the Admission Form:

  • Class XII Provisional Certificate (in Original)
  • A Certificate of Secondary (Class X) Examination.
  • A Statement of the Marks of Class XII
  • The Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe Other Backward Classes Category in the Central Government List / Differently-Abled Persons seeking Enrolment will be required to submit Certificate in their own name to this effect from any of the following Officers.

For B.A (Program), One Language and Three best Subjects, which might include Maximum One Vocational Subject only. Please check out the Website.

District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Collector / Deputy Commissioner / Additional Deputy Commissioner / Deputy Collector / Ist Class Stipendiary Magistrate / City Magistrate / Sub –Divisional / Assistant Commissioner.

Chief Presidency Magistrate / Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate / Presidency Magistrate or Revenue Officer not below the Rank of Tehsildar or Sub-Divisional l Magistrate / Officer of the area where the Applicant and / or her, Family normally resides. OR Administrator / Secretary to Administrator / Development (Laccadive & Minicoy Islands).

In Case of the Candidates belonging to the Examination Bodies other than those specified as recognized by the University of Delhi, an Eligibility Certificate issued by the University of Delhi will have to be attached.
